Accompanied by a selection of freshly baked bread, fruit and cookies served under the shade of the cockpit bimini top

 

Sundried tomato & feta cheese frittata served with green salad & balsamic vinaigrette

Caribbean chicken salad accompanied by a selection of international cheeses

Creole blackened mahi-mahi with citrus couscous & three bean salad

Cheeseburgers in Paradise with coleslaw

Selection of homemade pizzas with green salad.

 

Dinner

 

Three course evening meal served under the stars or around the main salon table. 

Entrees accompanied by a selection of seasonal vegetables and  a fine wine chosen to complement the main dish.
